Spirit Quest Ocean Survey not only performs ocean health survey but also develops leading edge technologies and we do have a power source which doesnt use wind, fuel, wave, solar, nuclear, or chemical etc etc the system is able to go global and can be remotely programmed. http://www.fieldsoffuel.com/ is a documentary about another fuel instead of oil. It's bio diesel that you can literally grow on your own. Time will tell.
