Spec-ing a PV water pump combo

Can someone tell me what I need for this application? I have a strong spring (~10 gpm)which is about 300 feet from the house and about 60 lower in elevation. I would like to pump the water to a reservoir at the house using a 'slow-flow' pump and a Solar PV package. This would not be the primary water source for the house, just back up and garden irrigation so I don't need to pump a high gpm. There is also a very strong stream with about 20' of head near the spring that could be used for a turbine of some sort but that seems much more complicated than a PV-pump application.
